I am developing a Real Estate Facebook Application.  Would like your feedback to help provide your listings viral on Facebook. 

So here is my basic idea. Imagine you have a facebook TAB on your profile or page and it shows your listings.  In one click other facebook users can share that info on their wall to other users.

How much would you be willing to pay for this facebook application? Rather pay monthly or one time fee?

What important features would you want as a TAB that helps you connect your listings to other users (house picture, address, google maps?)
